Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India) We offer free delivery across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to 38 countries worldwide, including the United States, at a flat rate of ₹1,700 per order. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days depending on the destination.

Shipment Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through Shiprocket or the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
